This reminds me of a conversation I had with one of the HP staff at the Oneill Inkjet Press and other inks to be skimmed off in a foam after the pulping process. The type of ink together with the type of receiving layer will impact the quality of the print. Inkjet printers use 4 common colours (some can support up to 9) of CMYK in liquid ink form.
